Frequently Asked Alex
Who are you?
Hey, I'm Alex, a graphic and interactive designer based in eastern Pennsylvania. My creative journey started as a kid with an iPad, determined to become the next big YouTuber. That curiosity led me to teach myself video editing, design, photography, and animation before pursuing a BFA in Graphic & Interactive Design at Moravian University. Today, I'm an award-winning designer who loves creating work that's fun, memorable, and makes an impact.
What do you do?
I'm currently the Lead Graphic & Interactive Designer at Alloy5 Architecture, where I collaborate with clients and internal teams to create logos, branding, marketing materials, proposals, presentations, social media content, and political campaign creative. I also freelance with clients like Sports Illustrated and Structure Advertising & Creative, designing graphics and digital content for a variety of audiences.
What do you enjoy creating most?
Anything that tells a story. Whether I'm building a brand, designing a social campaign, animating graphics, capturing photos, or producing a video from concept to final delivery, I love creating work that's fun, memorable, and makes an impact. It doesn't have to be a massive campaign, either. Sometimes it's something as simple as designing a sticker for my hometown that people of all ages can connect with. If it gets someone to stop, smile, or see something in a new way, that's the kind of work I enjoy most.
What are you doing when you're not designing?
When I'm not designing, I'm probably spending time with my wife, Summer, playing Minecraft, catching up on WWE, or watching an unhealthy amount of YouTube. Much to my wife's dismay, I sometimes manage to do all of the above at once. I'm a naturally curious person, so even my downtime usually ends with me discovering a new idea, learning a random skill, or finding inspiration for my next project.
Want to work together?
I'd love to hear about your idea. Whether you need branding, graphics, photography, video, or something in between, let's make something cool together.
